GOD gives oscar the balance between body,mind and spirit.He can know when the patient will die,through experience and his sense.He can express something that the nurse will understand,he can explain when a soul will leave his/her body.
Ussualy a pet can feel and detect when a soul leaves his or her master's body.When my uncle passed away his dog die the same time because a pet is loyal to his/her master.
